Playlist: We need to talk

January 30, 2010 · 4 Comments

Yes, kids, I do have a personality apart from politics. In a past life, I owned a music retail outlet that specialized in, among other things, Canadian indie music. True story. I’ve also been to the Austin City Limits Music Festival – twice. I’m fond of Austin. And I’ve watched High Fidelity way too many times. Here’s my latest attempt at a listenable playlist, which I’ve named (in true music geek fashion) We need to talk after a line in the Bloc Party song. It doesn’t make much sense, but at least this time I haven’t tried to shove a country song in there somewhere.
